Nearly all organizations consistently face issues that require its leaders to capture some sort of action. One of the largest shortfalls that unprepared, unqualified leaders face is their inability or unwillingness to constitute a choice in a timely manner. In my over thirty years of training and developing leaders, one of my greatest frustrations has been with individuals who apparently “run away” from issues, appearing to either dread making the ‘incorrect” choice, or being unpopular, etc.
